For schools and academies
Is your school paying too much for its copier?
Send us your copier lease or latest bill. We'll tell you what you really pay per page, when your contract ends and when you need to give notice. Free, and no obligation.

What we check in your agreement
Copier contracts are written to be hard to read. We read them for you and explain them in plain English.
- Your real cost per page, black and colour, including any hidden extras
- The end date of your lease and of your service agreement
- Your notice period and the exact window to give it
- Auto-renewal terms that could roll you into another term
- Minimum charges you pay even if you print less
- What happens at the end: returning, upgrading or settling the machine
How it works
Three steps, no sales meeting
Send your agreement
A PDF, scan or phone photo of your lease, service agreement or latest copier bill.
We read it
We work out your cost per page, your end date, your notice window and any renewal traps.
We tell you straight
Whether switching makes sense now, later, or not at all.
Auto-renewal
How schools get caught by copier contracts
Many copier leases and service agreements renew automatically unless you give notice inside a set window. Miss that window and the school can be tied in for another term, often on the same or higher charges.
The notice period is usually buried in the small print, and the lease and the service agreement can end on different dates. Business managers change, paperwork gets filed away, and the date passes without anyone noticing.
We find both dates and tell you exactly when your window opens, so the decision is yours, not the supplier's.
Free copier scheme
Free copiers for qualifying schools
For secondary schools and academies that qualify, we supply a Konica Minolta copier with no charge for the machine. Delivery, installation and servicing are included.
We'll tell you on a short call whether your school qualifies and exactly what you would pay. No pressure, and no long sales meeting.
Why schools talk to us
Run by copier engineers, not salespeople
We have worked on business copiers since 2018. We install and repair every machine ourselves, so when something goes wrong you speak to the person who fixes it, not a call centre.
If switching won't save your school money, we'll tell you.We don't sell machines schools don't need.
For business managers
Questions to ask any copier supplier
- When does our agreement end, and how much notice do we have to give?
- Do the lease and the service agreement end on the same date?
- What do we pay per black page and per colour page?
- Is there a minimum monthly charge, even if we print less?
- What happens to the machine and the contract at the end of the term?
- Who repairs the machine, and how quickly do they come out?
Common questions from schools
Is the contract check really free?
Yes. There is no charge and no obligation to switch.
What do I need to send?

Do we have to switch to you?
No. If switching won't save you money, we'll tell you.
Our contract has years left. Is it still worth checking?
Yes. You will know your end date and the window for giving notice, so you can plan instead of being rolled over.
