Example: on the Office plan, printing 1,000 black and 500 colour pages in a month costs £20 rental + £3.00 + £17.50 = £40.50 for the month.
Common questions
What will I actually pay?
Two things only: the monthly rental and the pages you print (0.3p per black page, 3.5p per colour page). Nothing else.
Is toner included?
Yes. Toner is covered by your per-page price, so you never buy cartridges.
What happens if it breaks?
We fix it ourselves, at no extra cost. We come out as soon as possible, often the next working day, depending on when you call. Repairs are done by our own team, not passed to a third party.
Do I pay for delivery or installation?
No. We deliver it, set it up and connect it to your computers for free.
How long is the contract?
Flexible. Tell us how long you need it for and we will agree a term that fits. Very short rentals, such as a single month, may cost a little more. Everything is agreed in writing before you sign.
Do I need to add VAT?
No. We are not VAT registered, so the prices you see are what you pay.

How schools get caught by auto-renewal
Many copier leases and service agreements renew automatically unless you give notice inside a set window. Miss it and the school can be tied in for another term. The lease and the service agreement may have different dates. We'll find both and tell you when your window opens.

Run by copier engineers, not salespeople
We are copier engineers and have worked on business copiers since 2018, installing, servicing and fixing machines for offices and schools. We still install and repair every machine ourselves, so when you call, you speak to someone who knows your machine, not a call centre.
